1. What pumps does this bench calibrate?

It is the classic Euro II mechanical in-line and distributor pump calibration platform - BH6PA110, 127-8207 (CAT in-line), and VE-type distributor pumps. With optional cam boxes it extends to EUI EUP unit injectors (VW T5 PD, Detroit 60, MAN / Mercedes, Cummins).

2. What power options are available?

12-cylinder drive with motor options: 7.5KW / 11KW / 15KW / 18.5KW / 22KW, in 380V 3-phase or 220V single-phase. Note: there is no 17.5KW motor - customers asking for 17.5KW usually mean 18.5KW.

3. Can this bench test common rail injectors?

With the optional common rail capability it covers Bosch 0445110183 (Fiat 1.3 Multijet), 0445110369, 0445110441, 0445110557, 0445110698, Denso 095000-6471 (John Deere 6090), and Delphi 28353991 (Mercedes).

4. Can it test EUI EUP unit injectors?

Yes, with a cam box (TU-A/TU-B for Detroit 60, TU-C/TU-D/TU-E for VW/MAN/Mercedes/Cummins) plus the Beijing system (BEI-B with screen recommended) for the test data.

5. Is this bench remotely operable?

No. As a mechanical Euro II platform it does not support remote operation. Machines with the Beijing system (CR919, CR708, EPS205 etc.) support remote operation; the 12PSB-style mechanical bench does not.
