The G15-48 is a precision Cummins unit injector repair tool kit designed for workshop disassembly and assembly of Cummins common rail unit injectors. It includes a set of application-specific adapters and a dedicated pin puller, all organised in a heavy-duty plastic carrying case for clean storage and easy transport.

Kit Contents

• Adapter CZJB-0041 (JNSNA): precision fit for the Cummins unit injector body, used to hold the injector in a stable position during repair.

• Adapter C2JB-001: clamp style adapter for the unit injector nut.

• Adapter C2JB-002: additional clamp style adapter for the second unit injector nut type.

• Adapter C2JC-001: spline drive adapter for the unit injector solenoid / control valve assembly.

• Pin puller (red): small T-handle puller for extracting internal pins and small components.

• Hard plastic carrying case: custom foam insert for each adapter and the pin puller.

Workshop Notes
